My Style Inspiration/My Idol

Nicole Richie. That is my comparison to any fashion decision I ever make. She has not only been the person I look to for styling inspiration, but Nicole has also been someone I have always looked up to. Ever since she started showing up in magazines partying with the likes of Paris Hilton, Lindsey Lohan, and other socialites I have admired her uniqueness. Like her, I have had my battles with certain lifestyles she was apart of, as well as run-ins with the law. As she cleaned up her life and started a family, I grew with her to settle somewhat of my life for what it is worth.

So getting back to the fashion side of things, I can't even put into words how much I love anything she wears. Even when she is pregnant, the girl can look amazing. I am just hoping, soon, her line can come out, so I can not only have a piece of her jewelry line but her own fashion too.

Whether it be day... in the summer where she can pull off a pair of cut-offs with sneakers/sandals with a bohemian top. Or winter, wearing skinny jeans, a scarf, and an amazing coat.

Whether it be night..where she can be red-carpet ready, and be flawless in the most to die for dresses Ive ever laid my eyes on, its no wonder the girl has made it from the ground up from being a sidekick to a style icon.

Even if her hair is a mess or no make-up on she is so beautiful and can do no wrong! Not only has she inspired me with life and style, I have copied some of her hair trends in the past. Dying my hair dark, chopping my hair short, dying my hair back light and more recently saving up for my own hair extensions. Lets just say I think she is perfection.

I was asked the other day if I could switch lives with someone for just one day and I was called
crazy for choosing Nicole Richie. The only one crazy in that conversation was the person asking that question. I will always and forever love this woman, married or pregnant, skinny or fat--my inspiration.
